- Orders are processed within 24 hours after order is confirmed, Monday through Saturday.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EAT or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been handed to Shipshap for delivery, you will receive a shipment confirmation.
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Kenya, including:
- Nairobi and Greater Nairobi regions
- Major urban centers and counties
- Some remote locations depending on courier coverage
If your location is outside Shipshap’s standard coverage, our support team will contact you with options or alternative arrangements.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates once the order leaves our warehouse:
Within Nairobi:
- Same-day delivery or delivery within 24 hours, depending on time of order and delivery zone.
Outside Nairobi (Major Towns):
- Delivery within 1–3 business days.
Remote Areas:
- Delivery may take 2–5 business days.
These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to external conditions such as traffic, weather, or operational delays.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight and size
- Shipshap’s courier charge
Shipping fees are clearly shown before checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on selected products or campaigns.

We use Shipshap, a trusted last-mile delivery partner in Kenya – to deliver your Syinix products safely and efficiently.
Shipshap couriers may:
- Contact you by phone or SMS before delivery
- Request a delivery confirmation signature
- Provide real-time delivery tracking when available
If you receive a delivery notification directly from Shipshap, it relates to your order fulfillment.

After your order ships:

If tracking details are not automatically provided, please contact support for assistance.
8. Delivery Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide:

- Correct physical delivery address
